Query on RemoteAnonymousRMIT3Enabled Value for OIM Client Connection (Doc ID 2857659.1)

Goal

When trying to make authenticated connections by passing credentials in the oimClient.login() API call,  why is it  needed to change SecurityConfiguration Mbean property remoteAnonymousRMIT3Enabled to true?


Also what are the security risks associated with changing remoteAnonymousRMIT3Enabled to true?


Is there any new or alternate API of oimClient.login() to make connection of client with OIM so it is not needed to change remoteAnonymousRMIT3Enabled to true?
