The datetime picker doesn't work in the BPM Workspace such as when choosing a vacation date (Doc ID 2857731.1)

When attempting to setup a vacation rule , no matter the date selected an error occurs:

Error: The date is not in the correct format.
Enter a date in the same format as this example:
Nov 29,2014 3:45pm"

When checking the developer tools for errors in the browser the following can be seen:
