Admin Server and Node Manager SSL Handshake is failing due to that managed server cannot be started from Admin Console.

Following error observed in WebLogic Admin Server standard out when JSSE debug is enabled i.e. -Djavax.net.debug=all.

Configure SSL for WebLogic servers and Node Manager.
