Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Oracle Reports
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The RTL position of lexical reference in boilerplate text is wrong.
In RTL report PDF output, a lexical reference prints in wrong position when part of a boilerplate contains more than one line of text. If there is a line containing the lexical reference and additional text string, the positions of the lexical and the string are reversed. That is, if the lexical is supposed to be on the left side of the line and the string on the right, then the PDF output shows the lexical on the right and the text string on the left. It appears to happen only if the boilerplate contains more than one line of text. When you have a small boilerplate with only one line containing the lexical reference and the text string, the order in PDF output is correct.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Text to be displayed correctly even with a boilerplate with multiple lines.
