Does Siebel Upgrade From 8.1.1.7 To 8.2.21.12 - Necessitate Upgrade To OSB12c? (Doc ID 2858758.1)

Goal

We're assessing impacts of a Siebel upgrade from 8.1.1.7 to Innovation Release 8.2.21.12 on OSB/SOA.
Currently we use: OSB ver. 12.2.1.3.0 and SOA 12.2.1.3.0
The integration between Siebel and OSB/SOA is via webservices.
I don't see a reason for the above Siebel upgrade to necessitate/trigger an upgrade to OSB and/or SOA. Do you think otherwise?
