"file is corrupt [9]" error when converting PNG to HTML5/PDF/JPG (Doc ID 2858811.1)

Symptoms

 - When converting PNG files to HTML5 or PDF or JPG,  conversion failed with below  error.

         

>oitsample.exe C:\Downloads\Test.png C:\Downloads\output\test.html HTML5
File Identifier : Portable Network Graphics Format(1574)
File Identifier (Raw): Portable Network Graphics Format(1574)
OI EXOpenExport failed - 9: file is corrupt [9]


 - This issue mostly happens with .png & .jpg files  whose resolution & size is very small .
