Unable to Run CatalogMover After Patch 12.2.1.4.211231:

When attempting to run catalogmover after applying Oracle WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.4.211231:
e.g.
{MW_HOME}/wcsites/webcentersites/sites-home/bin/catalogmover.sh

The following error is seen:
"Error: Could not find or load main class COM.FutureTense.Apps.CatalogMover."
