Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Menus disappear after creating profile that contained double quotes in a description.
In this case using Top Menus and being on search page you cannot see Search, New Check-In, My Content Server, Browse Content, Content Management, or Administration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Menus to not disappear when creating profiles or rules.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a profile that uses double quotes in the description.
2. Login to Content Server
3. Observe that the menus are gone.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access required functionality.
