Symptoms

Unable to shutdown Tuxedo clearly, the tmshutdown and tmipcrm commands fails with following errors "CMDTUX_CAT:764" and "CMDTUX_CAT:1504".

Environment variable set correctly to path pointed by TUXCONFIG, however still above same error for tmshutdown and tmipcrm.
How to resolve above Tuxedo shutdown errors?
