Symptoms

IWS Report cannot be downloaded due to below error

Report is null. Detailed exceptionjavax.management.RuntimeMBeanException: javax.management.RuntimeMBeanException: IWS report cannot be generated for the input values. Server restarted or IWS turned off/on during the interval supplied
