Symptoms

File Uploaded to UCM is not in the correct Folder.
File is expected to be in a folder like "Contribution Folders/ERP2ERP/Processed". Note: It could be any other folder as well depending on the implementation.
But it is not in any folder. The Folder Path for the uploaded content shows blank.
