Symptoms
Unable to Start Managed Server as a Windows service, recently migrated from FMW/EDQ 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4.2.
Starting from the command window by running the command - startManagedWebLogic.cmd managed server-name http://:<PORT> it comes up fine without any issues.
But from Windows service it fails with the following exception:
