How to adjust width of columns of Support ID in pop-up page of MOS

Goal
On the pop up page of Support ID from My Account of My Oracle Support, the width of the displayed items may not be able to be adjusted.
To reproduce this issue,
1) Access My Oracle Support > My account > Support ID
2) When click one of the Support ID number, a pop-up screen appears.
3) Place the mouse pointer over the table item, hold down the left mouse button and move the column width to the left or right.
4) At first, it works fine, but if the column width of the rightmost item is changed to the smallest, then all other column widths will then be unchangeable. (The leftmost column, however, can be moved.)
