SOA- FTP Adapter connectivity issue - Caused by : Java.net.UnknownHostException (Doc ID 2862851.1)

Symptoms

Following errors are observed in managed server log file:

BINDING.JCA-11445
The SSH API threw an exception.
The SSH API threw an exception.
The SSH API threw an exception.
Maverick has not been setup properly. Please correct the setup.
