Document cannot be opened or shows no changes after the Document is updated in Webcenter Content (Doc ID 2863057.1)

Symptoms

After updating a document stored in Webcenter Content, the web browser will hang, or the modification to the document is not updated.

Examples:

a) Document is updated with a markup in Autoview

or

b) Idccommand is used to update a document, the comment field, etc

When using Idccommand to update a Microsoft Word docx file to a pdf file converted document, then once the document is released, clicking on the WCC Search results ID link for the document was causing the Web Browser to hang.

You may see the Error:  Error: Failed to load PDF document

This does not happen when using the Webcenter Content Native UI.  Just other examples as per the above.
