Symptoms

FMWC Console is in loop when trying to access it.

This behavior occurs even after applying the latest Jan 2022 PSU (aka: WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.4.220105).

While accessing "http://<HOST>:<PORT>/em" it repeatedly reroutes to "http://<HOST>:<PORT>/em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx".
However, accessing the WLS Admin Console via "http://<HOST>:<PORT>/console" works fine.
