Symptoms
Node Manager starts successfully when it is started with script startNodeManager.cmd but it fails with "java.io.IOException: The server is unable to create a server socket for listening. The address <HostName> might be incorrect or another process is using port <Port>: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: JVM_Bind" when it is started as a Windows Service.
