Flow: Browser --> https --> LBR --> http --> OHS/mod_wl_ohs --> http --> WLS

Unable to log into the WLS console via an F5 Load balancer (LBR) and OHS and receive authentication denied error.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Able to login WebLogic and EM consoles using WLS http port

2. Only occurs going through OHS port where SSL is terminated at LBR
