No Pools Configured Yet In Tomcat Log File After Upgrading ORDS 22.x (Doc ID 2864602.1)

Symptoms

Installed and configured ORDS 22.x version and Deployed ORDS in Tomcat Server.
Getting the following error when attempting to access the APEX log in page:
"404 Not found - The request could not be mapped to any database. Check the request URL is correct, and that URL to database mappings have been correctly configured".



Changes

 Upgrade ORDS version to 22.x
