When Reports Fails RUN_REPORT_OBJECT Returns JOBID=0 On Error When Jvmcontroller Is Used (Doc ID 2865228.1)

Symptoms

Forms is configured with jvmcontroller using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT to call Oracle Reports. When a error occurs on reports server the RUN_REPORT_OBJECT function returns "0" as the jobid for the report.
The submitted job details is visible in rwservlet/showjobs admin commands or Reports.

Configured formsweb.cfg and jvmcontroller.cfg as described in "10.8 Managing JVM Pooling from Fusion Middleware Control" from below Forms documentation.

Changes

 Configured JVMController for Oracle Forms for better performance.
