After Upgrading JDK In WCC Environment, WCC Users Lost Roles (Doc ID 2865542.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading JDK for WebCenter Content (WCC) environment to 1.8.0_331 (Java SE 8u331), some users lost the roles after logging in to WCC system.
For example - a user "sampleUser" should have contributor role as the user belongs to "contributor" group in the ID store. It worked before upgrading JDK. However once the JDK is upgraded, the user has only guest and authenticated role. The user no longer have the contributer role even though he can log in to the WCC WebUI.

If getting "jps,userstorage" trace while the issue occurs, it repors the error below:

 Upgrading JDK in the system to 1.8.0_331 (or later)
