Symptoms
When trying to apply "Patch 30995678: SERVERS GOING INTO RUNNING STATE WHEN DEPLOYMENT OR DS ARE FAILING" OPatch log file shows that it is in conflict with WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.4.220329 Patch 34012040.
The issue could not be reproduced on other environments.
