Symptoms
While running the RCU for Oracle Access Management 12c, OAM schema fails with below errors :
The steps to reproduce are:
1. Install Oracle Infrastructure/WebLogic
2. Install Oracle Access Management
3. Run RCU
4. The error ( RCU-6130 ) comes up.
