Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OFR Runtime Server
Web Verifier Server Error
In Verifier, users clicked on the invoice to verify and it was loading for a long time then this screen pops up:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on an Invoice in the WebVerifier Batch List
2. Notice the error message
