Goal
With a custom OIG attribute mapped to OUD attribute orclIsEnabled, how can a specific value be provisioned when enabling a previously disable account? i.e
Disable user in OIG self service -- oraclisEnabled =DISABLED
Then we Re-enable this user in OIG and oraclisEnabled becomes NULL instead of the desired ENABLED.
