Symptoms

 For a Java Corba client using WebLogic Client wlthint3client.jar, oppose to Full client wlfullclient.jar which is deprecated, fails with java.net.UnknownHostException: Unknown protocol: 'IIOP' and java.net.UnknownHostException: Unknown protocol: 'IIOPS'.
