Symptoms
Upgrading OAM 11.1.2.2.0 to 11.1.2.3.0
- Following 8.10 Upgrading System Configuration
- DBA tested directly on the database server. It worked
- Tested from the OAM Mid-tier using a jdbc test tool and it also works
- When used in the upgradeConfig command, it fails
