Second Factor Authentication is failing with "Invalid One Time Pin" after entering the pin.

- Setup OTP based on information on KB Doc ID 2503643.1
User Login Process:
1. Initiate login
2. On successful validation of username & password, user redirected to OTP Page
3. User received OTP via email
4. Received "Invalid One time pin" error
