What is the Alternate Option for WebLogic JDBC Parameter "Test Connections on Reserve" (Doc ID 2870490.1)

Goal

Enabling "Test Connections on Reserve" would have some performance impact on the application because the WebLogic will test the connection before passing it to the application which makes the application run a little slower.
