Symptoms
WebLogic is upgraded from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4
The environment contains 20 custom applications.
All the applications works fine on 12.2.1.3 but after upgrade, 4 of the applications started failing.
After setting <prefer-web-inf> to true in weblogic.xml file, 3 applications deployed fine, but one application failed with below error.
