WebCenter Content URL Looping Occurs When SAML2 Is Enabled In Weblogic (Doc ID 2871414.1)

Symptoms

In a domain consisting multiple managed servers applications such as but not limited to:

    WebCenter Content (UCM)
    WebCenter Content ADF UI (also known as Content UI)
    IPM
    Capture
    SOA

The WebCenter Content URL looping occurs when SAML2 is enabled for Single Sign-On (SSO) under 'SAML 2.0 Service Provider' in the UCM Managed Server. The looping goes back and forth between adfAuthentication and SAML2 URL until Error 404 is displayed.
