Validation of OSB Managed server fails with "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException" (Doc ID 2871541.1)

Symptoms



Customer was deploying OSB 12.2.1.3 on new OCI instances and following the bellow EDG guide for it. Section - Validating the Managed Server - asks to validate the OSB Managed server WLS_OSB1, however this was throwing the following error.
