Proxy Configuration For The RightNow Adapter In SOA 12c (Doc ID 2871695.1)

Goal

The customer is using SOA 12.2.1.4.0 to connect Oracle CRM using the RightNow adapter. Now the customer has a proxy hostname and port to connect CRM URL.
CRM URL has been configured in RightNow adapter but they are not getting an option to use proxy hostname and port.

Is there any option to configure the proxy at the RightNow adapter side?
