Symptoms
WebLogic ActiveGridLink (AGL) Datasource does not receive ONS Up/Down events when the service name includes one and more UPPERCASE letters.
So the rebalance of existing DB connections is not performed when the DB instance is down and up.
For example, When a database service was created with the "TEST_serive" as follows. ("TEST" is uppercase.)
Changes
One and more uppercase letters are used as a database service name.
