ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Human Task ADF forms hangs on value submit

Recently we upgraded from Oracle BPM Suite 12.1.3 to Oracle BPM Suite 12.2.1.4. As well, we applied latest ADF Bundle Patch to this environment after upgrading. Since the upgrade from version 12.1.3 some customized ADF Forms are getting stuck. Also, there is no error on any log that can help us determine the cause.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Human Task ADF forms to work properly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to BPM Workspace
2. click on a task link to open the task form
3. notice that not all objects on the page are displayed

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Human Task ADF forms.
