How to Install WFR to a Different Drive Location? (Doc ID 2873580.1)

Goal

When attempting to install WFR 12c on a development remote server box, the setup.exe file is asking to point to "Program Folder" and "Existing Folder". By default, it is pointing to C drive where it is creating the "Oracle\WebCenter Forms Recognition" folder.  However, in our environment it needs to be the D drive.

How can the C drive be changed to a D Drive?
