Unable to Access WebCenter Content: Imaging After a JDK 1.8.331 Upgrade (Doc ID 2873751.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Content: Imaging is not working after a JDK 1.8.331 upgrade.  The login page is presented, but when credentials are provided, the following error occurs:

500 Error -- Internal Server Error 

 The logs show the following error:

oracle.adf.share.security.ADFSecurityIdentityProviderException:    
Malformed IPv6 address at index 8: ldap://[Server_Name]:16000
at oracle.adf.share.security.providers.jps.IgfIdentityManagementProvider.getIdsUserList(IgfIdentityManagementProvider.java:1238)

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Malformed IPv6 address at index 8: ldap://[Server_Name]:16000
at java.net.URI.create(URI.java:852)
at com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapURL.validateURI(LdapURL.java:215)
at com.sun.jndi.ldap.LdapURL.fromList(LdapURL.java:192)

When rolling back to JDK 1.8.221, Imaging works fine.
