Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Fabric

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PhysicalErrorArchiveDirectory Property not placing the errored file in configured directory

After translation exception while reading the file, the errored file is moved into archive directory instead of error directory, value provided by PhysicalErrorArchiveDirectory property.
Same code works as expected in SOA suite version 12.2.1.3

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Files that fails with error during translation should be moved in location set by PhysicalErrorArchiveDirectory
