Need To Downgrade WebLogic Server Domain (Doc ID 2874282.1)

Goal

Recently upgraded the WebLogic Server domain from 12.2.1.3 to 14.1.1 using the reconfig.sh script. The instance is functioning well but would like to revert back to 12.2.1.3 to retest few applications. What is the best way to downgrade the WebLogic Server from 14.1.1 to 12.2.1.3 ?
