Symptoms

When installing the April 2022 Release of Oracle Advanced Authentication (OAA) 12.2.1.4.1_20220419 on an OCI database (RAC or single DB instance) and using the Enterprise Deployment Guide for Oracle Identity and Access Management in a Kubernetes Cluster (EDG) automated scripts, creation of the OAA schemas will fail with the following errors:
