Transactions Failure with "NullPointerException" on JMS Store (Doc ID 2875008.1)

Intermittently some of the payment transactions are failing with Null pointer exception on the JMS file store.

After clearing or moving the JMS file store to the backup, the environment is works fine for few days and after that the issue re-occurs.
