BPEL Process Not Found Error In SOA Composites After Upgrade To (Doc ID 2875145.1)

The following error is noticed when the invoking a process for the first time after the server restart

Process not found.the BPEL process "<Process name>" with revision "1.0" is not loaded.The process was not initialized properly, or the process was disabled.Set the logging level to debug mode, check the log for the underlying exception trace related to this process loading problem.
