EM / AS Console Displays Old Forms User Session Information After Shutdown of Middle Tier (Doc ID 287535.1)

Symptoms

Old Oracle Forms user session information is still appearing in Oracle 9iAS Rel 2 EM / OracleAS 10g AS console after a shutdown / restart of the middle tier.

This session information is not being properly removed / cleaned up by a shutdown of OC4J_BI_Forms or the whole middle tier.

The .rti files relating to these old sessions can still be found on the file system under [ORACLE_HOME]/forms90/em.
