WebLogic spbat.bat (or spbat.sh in Unix) Script Fails when Using JDK 11.0.15.1.0 (Doc ID 2875676.1)

Symptoms

WebLogic spbat fails to run with JDK 11.0.15.1.0.

When installing the SPB for 14.1.1.0 an error occurs related to the JDK.

Downloaded the file for Patch 34084007: WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 14.1.1.0.220418.

When running,

java --version

is reporting "java 11.0.15.1 2022-04-22 LTS", the message

The current jdk release 11.0.15 is not a supported JDK release

is shown.
