'Advance field codes' used in MS Word files are NOT rendered by OIT (Doc ID 2875770.1)

Symptoms

- MS word document may contain 'Advance field codes' which helps with 'relative' positioning of text in the documents and can be used to perform advanced formatting.

- As an example, "ADVANCE \y 350" can be used to provide absolute positioning of text(middle of the page) within a Office document. Open word document and press ALT+F9 to toggle field code visibility.

- While rendering such documents using OIT PDF or Image Export, Advance field codes are being ignored and text is rendered at incorrect position of the page.
