Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After installing/upgrading the following the users lost their roles:
Installing Patch 34079971 - Apr 2022 CPU patch
Upgrading Java version to 1.8.0_331

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The users to have roles working correctly after installing/upgrading:
Installing Patch 34079971 - Apr 2022 CPU patch
Upgrading Java version to 1.8.0_331


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 34079971 - Apr 2022 CPU patch
2. Upgrade Java version to 1.8.0_331
3. Observe users not having their roles in WCC

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have access to the content they are supposed to.
