Symptoms
On : SQL Developer 21.4.3 version
Unable to connect to Cloud database via Cloud Wallet using SQL Developer tool. It hangs and times out after some time.
It was working okay until recently.
Problem reproduces with SQL Developer and SQLcl , but gives the following error when attempt to connect via SQL*Plus:
ORA-29106: Cannot import PKCS #12 wallet.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Connect via "Cloud Wallet" using SQL Developer.
