Exalogic Virtual: OVMM Service Startup Fails With weblogic.management.DeploymentException Errors (Doc ID 2876112.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of OVMM service startup failing with weblogic.management.DeploymentException errors in seen in some cases. Following is the error message seen in OVMM admin server logs at the time of the issue.

Because of this, OVMM service fails to start and OVMM BUI console is not accessible. As the OVMM service startup fails, from EMOC level incorrect status is shown for the Guest vServers and start/stop/create/delete vserver jobs fails from EMOC.
