NXSD Conversion Error For Schema Generation From JSON To XML (Doc ID 2876273.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a schema for JSON to XML conversion using NXSD tool in JDeveloper, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Open JDeveloper
2. Go to File -> New -> Project -> SOA Project -> Give any name and directory path on your local machine -> Any Composite Name and select Empty Composite and click Finish.
3. Go into Schema folder on the left navigation window.
4. Right Click on Schemas -> New -> From Gallery -> type NXSD in the top search window -> select NXSD Schema (XML).
5. In the window that opens, give any file name (sample.xsd) -> Click Next -> Select "JSON Interchange Format" option -> Click Next -> Here choose a JSON file -> Click Next.
