Issue with long DB RIDs(Resource Identifier) in 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 2876857.1)

Goal

In one of our production installs of OSB 12213 we had an issue with very long DBRIDs that was fixed via a patch. Reference information is SR 3-21513944445 and patch/bug number 30570570. We are very close to moving into OSB 12214 and need to know if the problem is fixed in the latest patchset for OSB 12214 and, if not, we need a backport of the patch to the OSB 12214 version. Please advise on whether or not the issue has been fixed and submit necessary request for 12214 version of the patch if necessary.
